A health coach has shared how to make a Max Brenner-inspired Nutella pizza from scratch that’s only 230 calories and has 13 grams of protein.
Bec Hardgrave, from Brisbane, created a two-ingredient pizza dough and uses a Nutella alternative in her low-calorie recipe.
To make the dessert pizza Bec mixes 40 grams of flour and 40 grams of vanilla yoghurt in a bowl.

Once combined she rolls the dough into a ball with her hand and places it onto a bench top covered in flour to form the circular base.
Next Bec puts the pizza base onto baking paper and places it into an air fryer to cook for six minutes or until golden brown.
She then takes the cooked pizza base out of the air fryer and spreads 15 grams of Nuttvia hazelnut spread onto the base.

The health coach places four strawberry slices onto the hazelnut spread and dusts some icing sugar on top to finish off the dessert pizza.
Bec says the dessert is delicious and suggests to her thousands of followers to customise their own pizza toppings.
Her protein-packed pizza has wowed foodies as many have commented below the recipe video that they can’t wait to make it themselves.
